WP Engine review

I have hosted my site with WP engine.

This past summer, they changed the server my site was hosted on.

My site dropped from page one to page 25.

I thought I had it straightened out after 3 calls to WP engine.

Still no results.

Finally on my 4th call and several months of page 25 for my site, the WP tech says that they have assigned my site with a temporary domain name that they use when you have a new account. something like

whittington.wpengine, not omsourcewellness.com

The tech was pretty astounded that no one had noticed this before. I asked to have my call escalated to a manager and I was put on hold for several minutes. I was told that a manager would be alerted, a service ticket had been assigned and I would be getting a call back when the manager had a chance to look over everything. It is 3 days later and I have not heard anything back from WP engine, nor was I able to find a service ticket on the wp engine site under my account. Considering WP engine? I would say think again.
