Tylenol linked to asthma in children

A study concludes that as many as four out of ten cases of wheezing and severe asthma in teens may be linked to Tylenol.   A disturbing finding in the study stated that it only required surprisingly small amounts of the drug and even using the analgesic even once in a prior year was linked to a 43% greater likelihood of wheezing symptoms.   If acetaminophen was taken once a month or more, the chance of having symptoms was more than doubled.

Further evidence that medication, even supposedly “safe” over the counter drugs may have unknown negative health effects.  Chiropractic is a safe and natural alternative to medication in children.
